PhoneBeagle is remotely configurable and so you do not need physical access to a phone after the software is initially installed and activated. In addition, PhoneBeagle provides an interface that allows the data it collects to be consumed by external reporting tools. The data that PhoneBeagle captures is encoded on the phone and then uploaded to a central database over an encrypted communication channel. The data is stored encoded in a database and it is not decoded until it is downloaded for viewing by the customer.
