The LG Thrive is an Android 2.2 smartphone operates on AT&T's Tri-Band UMTS/HSDPA 7.2Mbps and Quad-Band EDGE networks. I
It packs a 600 MHz CPU, a 3.2-inch 320-by-480-pixel capacitive touch screen, and a 3.2-megapixel auto-focus camera.
Connectivity wise the Thrive features 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, free voice-enabled, turn-by-turn GPS navigation, and HSDPA 7.2 3G data speeds. The Thrive work worldwide, thanks to its quad-band EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and tri-band HSDPA (850/1800/2100 MHz) support. The Thrive has 160 MB of memory expandable via SD memory cards up to 32GB.
The Thrive has voice commands and speech-to-text capability, with compatibility for Google Voice Actions. It has integrated Google account syncing for compatible Google apps such as Contacts, Gmail, Gtalk, Google Calendar, Picasa and Android Market.
The LG Thrive weighs 3.2 ounces and measures 4.47 x 2.32 x 0.53 inches.
Its 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery is rated at up to 7.5 hours of talk time, and up to 20 days of standby time. It runs on the 850/900/1800/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE frequencies as well as AT&T's 3G UMTS 850/1800/2100 HSDPA network.
