Samsung i997 Infuse 4G
Samsung Infuse 4G as for AT&T has a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED plus screen powered by a 1.2 Ghz Hummingbird processor.
It will have two cameras, 8-megapixel on the back and a 1.3-megapixel on the front for video calling. The device is running Android 2.2 Froyo upgradeable to Gingerbread.

The Infuse will be powered by a 1.2 GHz application processor and run the Android 2.2 platform. This device is slated for launch in the second quarter of 2011, only for AT&T customers.
